Yes. Each Nest comes with a fully-stocked kitchen with modern appliances, fully-stocked bathroom(s), premium bedding, a super fast Wi-Fi connection and other workspace amenities, premium streaming services, and a Peloton.
What customer services do you provide?
Nest’s support team is available 24/7 by phone and email, at no additional cost, for anything guests may require about the Nest property, surrounding neighborhood, local services, and more. Our Client Experience team provides ongoing guest support by arranging for cleaning and restocking services, handling property maintenance issues, and managing payment process services.
How does Nest comply with safety and security standards?
All of our furnished corporate rental apartments are cleaned and sanitized between each stay.In addition, service providers will only enter an apartment with guests’ permission. Nest offers contactless support by phone and email.
What types of accommodations do you offer?
We offer fully furnished apartments and condominiums, including studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units in every market we serve. Every Nest is carefully selected, designed, and fully outfitted to cater to the needs of professionals seeking both style and convenience. All Nests include modern interiors and luxuries, such as Nespresso coffee makers, keyless entry and Smart Home assistants.
What are the benefits of being a corporate client with Nest?
Nest corporate clients have a dedicated account manager who knows their business. We offer discounted rates on our executive furnished apartments for group bookings, and either waive or reduce security deposit, cleaning and restocking fees for our enterprise clients. When you book a corporate rental with Nest, you’ll also benefit from our flexible cancellation and early termination policies.
Do Nest properties come with dedicated work spaces?
Every Nest includes fast Wi-Fi and individually designed home-office setups, making them ideal for hybrid and remote workers. Our purposefully designed furnished apartments and condominiums are inspired spaces for modern business travelers.
Can you sign the contract with the company instead of the guest directly? Do you provide an invoice?
A contract can be signed by either the company or the guest. We can easily provide an invoice or a rental payment slip as per your preference.
Do you require a minimum stay?
The minimum rental period for most Nest rentals is one month, although shorter stays can be accommodated in some cities (upon request).
What is included in each Nest turnkey rental?
Every Nest includes everything your workforce needs to show up in a new city and be productive. Our furnished condos and apartments come standard with appliances, entertainment systems, furniture, kitchenware, towels and linens, and even a Welcome Kit with basic supplies to get our guests started in their new cities.
How does billing work?
When you book temporary housing with Nest, you have multiple payment options, including credit card, bank transfer, and centralized billing. In addition, we offer our enterprise clients a flexible payment structure. Your dedicated account manager will work with you to set up billing.
What is included in the cost? Do you charge any fees for your services?
All Nest rentals are priced competitively (generally 30 to 40% cheaper than hotels of similar standards). The prices listed on our website include only the rental cost. Upon request, we can offer our guests an all-inclusive monthly package that includes additional services such as cleaning & restocking, utilities, common fees, etc. We don’t charge any management fees for our services.
